Identity verification (KYC)

KYC unlocks withdrawals. Your documents are checked against your profile, so first fill in your real details in Settings: first and last name and date of birth (Profile), and your full home address (Address). A notice on your dashboard lists anything still missing — documents can't be submitted until the profile is complete.

Then, from Verification, upload:

• a government ID (national ID, passport or driving licence) — front and back,
• a selfie holding the ID.

Photos must be sharp, uncropped and match the name, date of birth and address on your profile. Once you submit, those details are locked; if something is wrong, contact support. If a submission is rejected they unlock again so you can correct them and resubmit. Reviews usually take up to 48 hours; you are notified either way. Documents are stored privately and only visible to our review team.
